Since early 2000...
Science Nerd that is what would have described Adam from when he was young until now. It is a title that he proudly wore then and still does today.
That love for science and doing science experiments eventually led to Adam going to Iowa State University to get his B.S. in Atmospheric Sciences. After many internships at local TV stations, Adam got a job at KIMT in Mason City, Iowa and soon after became the Chief Meteorologist for over a decade.
While at KIMT, Adam started up the Storm Team Tour, where he would take his fellow meteorologists out to area schools and do a big school wide assembly, complete with science experiments to show kids that science can be fun and cool too.
After retiring from TV, the part that Adam missed the most was teaching science and doing science experiments for kids.
After getting requests from area groups, ranging from schools, to 4H and local churches, Adam put his show back together with new and exciting experiments to teach people of all ages and get them excited for science.
